The reason that we are talking with Lenora is because as a society, we need to value each other more. The fallout from the lockdown could make it difficult to justify any effort to promote diversity and inclusion. So, I thought it would be interesting to speak with an expert about how we can deliver the most benefit to members of our communities.

It all comes back to the community, Ubuntu. I am because we are. We are because I am. For purposes of our conversation, we are because of the people we associate. Our businesses exist because of the community that supports it. On the other hand, we are our brothers and sisters keepers. And we need to value everyone with whom we interact.
